As your day comes to an end I encourage you to take a moment and be still. As you are still place your hand on your heart and breathe fresh air into that space, and hold that in for 4 seconds. Within the exhale imagine all of the days worries or tensions release through the exhale. keep a steady focus on the inhale and exhale. With each inhale know and understand Divine power is with you, protecting, providing, and guiding. All is well and working together for your highest good.
